Hello! Over the past 13 years I have extensively studied human behavior and cognitive functions, leading to a B.S. and M.A. in Psychology. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate of International Psychology, and have provided consultations not only in the US but also internationally in the Philippines and Kuwait. My journey in psychological science has led me to focus on improving organizational efficiency as well as helping individuals cultivate healthier lives beyond the traditional clinical setting. I am passionate about exploring innovative approaches to well-being and empowering others to thrive.
